The magic of the holiday season comes alive with a visit to Santa’s winter wonderland. Santa will be here starting November 16 and is located in the Palm Court. A visit with Santa is always free and photo packages are available for purchase.

Pre-Booking your visit is recommended to help reduce wait time and it's easy:

1. Pre-book now and receive a free personalized video from North Pole after your visit, powered by Portable North Pole. 
2. All guests who pre-book will also receive a personalized call from Santa prior to your visit.
   
3. Show up at your designated time.
   
4. Share your wish list with Santa and his helpers.
   
5. Make a lasting memory and get your photo taken with Santa.
   

• December 5 - 14, 4pm to 7pm: Santa Paws Photos
  
  Scottsdale Fashion Square will host a magical experience for four-legged friends. Fido and Felix can get in on the action by sharing their good deeds (and atoning for some of their oopsies) while woofing and meowing their holiday wish list to Santa as they strike a pose. Pet parents can register their furry friends on the booking website to reserve a spot. 
  
  
• December 10: Sensory Santa
  
  While holidays are magical times for all children, holiday traditions can be overwhelming for some on the autism spectrum due to sensory differences, communication styles, and other environmental elements. This is why Scottsdale Fashion Square presents a Sensory Santa event in collaboration with Autism Speaks on December 10. The Sensory Santa event brings the magic to everyone by providing a compassionate environment where families are encouraged to visit Santa at their own pace. The sensory-friendly experience includes limited scheduling to lessen crowds and wait times, reduced music volume or no music at all, and ensure lighting is comfortable for all guests. Additionally, all guests can donate to Autism Speaks at the checkout by “keeping the change” with the purchase of a photo package, or adding $1, $3, $5 or $10 to their purchase.
