Nobu, the iconic Japanese restaurant empire founded by partners Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, has expanded to include 39 restaurants around the world, together with a stunning new collection of Nobu Hotels. Nobu continues to attract fans worldwide for its enduring atmosphere and continuous reinvention of genre-defining cuisine.
Holiday Hours
Starting Sunday, November 5, Nobu's extended holiday hours will be as follows:
- Sunday – Thursday: Doors will open at 5pm (instead of 5:30pm) and doors will close at 9:30pm. (Last recommended seating for these days will by 8:45pm.)
- Fridays & Saturdays: Doors will open at 4:30pm (instead of 5:00pm), same closing time – 10:30pm. (Last recommended seating will be 10pm.)
